More About Mid-Missouri Attorney Charles A. Bender
Since being admitted to practice law, I have dedicated my legal career to representing clients in all aspects of family law. Family law is a specialized field and lawyers who have a general practice are often not able to provide the type of advice, analysis and support that is necessary to successfully resolve a family law case. I focus on resolving family law problems for clients in the Columbia and mid-Missouri areas. At The Bender Law Firm, I work to develop personalized and creative solutions which enable my clients to move forward in their lives in a positive manner.
Since graduating from law school I have practiced in both the private and public sectors before I began my own law practice: The Bender Law Firm. During my legal career I have handled hundreds of cases and written and argued a number of appeals before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District-Missouri's largest appellate court. My overall mission is to provide my clients common sense, practical advice that enables them to achieve the best possible result for their individual case.
In addition to representing people in divorce cases and issues relating to divorce, I also handle all types of family law appeals.
